INSTALLATION WARRANTY
New installation work provided by HAAS TECHNOLOGIES comes with a 1-Year Warranty. This covers the installation technique and materials used. Equipment provided by HAAS TECHNOLOGIES is NOT covered under the Installation Warranty, but the Warranty provided by the manufacture of that equipment. Client provided materials and/or equipment are also NOT covered by any HAAS TECHNOLOGIES Warranty. In the event there is some issue with any client provided materials and/or equipment, any troubleshooting and/or replacement will be billed separately by HAAS TECHNOLOGIES.
EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
All Network Video Recorders (NVRs) designed and built by HAAS TECHNOLOGIES now come with a 2-Year Warranty.

IF THERE IS ANY ATTEMPT TO ACCESS THE INTERNAL COMPONENTS OF ANY HAAS TECHNOLOGIES SYSTEM, THE WARRANTY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY VOID. ACCESSING THE INTERNAL COMPONENTS MAY ALSO RESULT IN ELECTRIC SHOCK AND/OR OTHER INTERNAL DAMAGE TO THE SYSTEM. THIS MAY INCLUDE ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: PHYSICAL, ELECTRICAL, OR STATIC ELECTRICITY. ACCESS TO THE INTERNAL COMPONENTS MAY ONLY BE MADE BY HAAS TECHNOLOGIES.

The new 2-Year Warranty applies to NVRs designed and built after 1/1/2012.

All Warranties that comes with equipment provided by and installed by HAAS TECHNOLOGIES are passed on to the client. It is extremely rare that manufactures cover any troubleshooting of equipment in the field. We currently do not know of any manufacture that covers field troubleshooting, shipping back to the manufacture, shipping insurance, or any downtime as a result of the loss of service. Once the equipment is repaired/replaced by the manufacture, it's shipped back for us for re-installation.

For this reason, we do our absolute very best to select and use equipment and system components that are of good quality and as reliable as possible. We absolutely strive to provide quality reliable solutions to our clients. We understand that because of electronics, there are failure rates by every manufacture and when those occur, we respond quickly and work to resolve what ever the issue may be to get our client;s back online and operational.
